Together, with Santa's enchanted mailbox, we can make a difference and change lives.
About Santa's Mailbox
Our Mission
At Santa’s Mailbox, we proudly serve as Santa’s helpers, dedicated to spreading joy and holiday magic to children everywhere. Our special Santa's enchanted mailbox ensures that each child’s letter reaches Santa himself, bringing their hopes and dreams right to the North Pole. With the help of our team, we work to make sure that every child who sends a letter receives a gift, creating a memorable experience that brings the spirit of Christmas to life. Our mission is to foster joy, wonder, and connection, delivering a bit of holiday magic to every child we reach.
Our Vision
Our vision is to become a cherished tradition for families, where every child feels the magic and wonder of Christmas through their connection with Santa. We aim to create a world where every child’s letter sent to Santa's Enchanted Mailbox is met with joy, their dreams are nurtured, and the holiday spirit is brought to life in their hearts. By delivering presents and orchestrating unforgettable moments with Santa, we strive to inspire kindness, imagination, and a deep sense of belonging in every community we touch. Through Santa's Enchanted Mailbox, we envision a future filled with smiles, magical memories, and the enduring joy of giving.
Let The Magic begin
It all starts
From the very first letter dropped into Santa's Mailbox to the sparkle in a child’s eyes when their wish is fulfilled, the magic of Christmas is at the heart of everything we do. Every story, every smile, and every carefully chosen gift brings us closer to creating a world where dreams come true, no matter how big or small. It all starts with the elf picking the letters—reading each heartfelt wish and ensuring that every child’s dream is brought to life. These elves are the heart of Santa's Mailbox, turning simple words on paper into magical moments that light up the season. This season, as we work together to make wishes a reality, let the magic begin—one letter, one gift, one unforgettable moment at a time.
Our Success Stories
Santa’s Mailbox began in 2020 with a simple vision: every child who visits Santa should experience the joy of receiving a gift.
The idea was born after we noticed children waiting excitedly to meet Santa, taking their picture with him, but leaving without a present. We wanted to change that and create an experience where meeting Santa felt truly magical.
At our first Christmas event in 2020, we started with 75 toys. Even the people helping us organize the event didn’t believe we would have 75 children attend. To everyone’s surprise, all 75 gifts were given away within the first hour.
That first event showed us how much this tradition was needed.
Each year, more children and families joined us. We grew from approximately 75 children in our first year, to 120, then 200, then 300. By 2025, Santa’s Mailbox gave away approximately 500 Christmas presents to children.
As our program grew, so did our community involvement. Over the years, other nonprofit organizations and churches have reached out to us for help providing Christmas gifts to children and families they serve.
But Santa’s Enchanted Mailbox is about more than simply giving away toys.
Children place their letters and Christmas wishes into our special Santa’s Mailboxes, and our dedicated Santa’s Helpers collect and review the letters. We work to fulfill those wishes and make sure as many children as possible experience the excitement of receiving a special gift.
Sometimes the wishes require a little Christmas creativity. One child wished to understand the language of animals, so Santa’s Helpers found a special book that teaches children about birds and their different sounds. Another child wished for the magical power to become invisible, so Santa’s Helpers surprised the child with a magic set and an opportunity to discover some magic of their own.
Those are the moments that define Santa’s Enchanted Mailbox.
What began with 75 toys and one simple idea in 2020 has grown into a community Christmas tradition reaching hundreds of children each year.
With every letter collected, every wish fulfilled, every present placed in Santa’s hands, and every smile we see, our Santa’s Helpers continue working toward the same vision that started it all:
To bring the magic of Christmas to children—one letter, one gift, and one unforgettable moment at a time.
